Canada is not only a welcoming country to international students but also a major part of the greater North American economies that presents great post-grad opportunities.
It is a well-regarded country in term of its top education standard, and I was fortunate to have the opportunity to finish my undergraduate degree from one of the best institutions globally. So, it certainly helps me throughout my career.
I would certainly advise against simply rushing into graduation. Being adequately equipped with co-op programs or internships is far more important than graduating early. This program is an avenue that is provided to many international students in Canada and they should take advantage of it.

Moving to start a new life in Canada was definitely a great decision for me. It has been such an amazing journey, full of eye-opening experiences in a country rich in diversity and multiculturalism.
I started high school in Vancouver, worked in Toronto and Vancouver before finally moving back to Indonesia again. It’s true what people say about Canada, everyone from coast to coast is very nice and welcoming.

I was given the opportunity to study abroad back in 2014. Although I was nervous at first, I met new people, experienced different cultures, and saw the wonders of Canada during my studies. After I graduated, I got a post-graduation work permit which allowed me to gain work experience on top of the co-op program offered by colleges/universities.
I can positively say that the journey has given me not just knowledge but also new perspectives and experiences as well. The immigration system in Canada is set so that international students can transition into the job market smoothly.

One of the ways to get to your dream university is to carve a path from college first. From my experience, the two most important keys to ensuring a smooth transition are maintaining a high GPA and engaging in extracurricular activities such as volunteering or sports.
In addition, don't forget to take advantage of the small classes in college by building connections with professors and being active in class— this can help with internships and future opportunities!
